I was very impressed with the appearance of this wireless holder/charger when it arrived. Mounted on a suction cup, holds perfectly. Put my phone in the holder for my commute in the morning and everything seemed fine. When I left work that day, I tried to put my phone in the holder but it didn't work. I wouldn't disconnect the phone, I wouldn't charge it, nothing. Checked, everything is connected and nothing. Tried another working cable and connector, still nothing. I used it once and it already failed! Now I'm wasting my time returning this piece of junk if they take it back at all as the packaging was thrown away. I'm saying you better look elsewhere or better yet save money/frustration and buy a regular mount and just plug your phone in instead of plugging in a mount. There will be a power cord there anyway, so why spend more money and risk having the second piece of technology working properly when you can get the same results at no extra cost. This product just doesn't seem reliable enough to rely on to keep your phone charged when you're on the go and dependent on it.
