Review on SureFlap Microchip Cat Door White by Nicole Thompson

The door works fine as long as it doesn't let other animals through. This is where the positive ends. I bought in May 2017. I only got benefits for about 1 month. My cat has chosen a street cat. I got a new cat in September 2019 and found it not working. I did the troubleshooting from the website, still nothing. I applied in December and was supposed to get a spare part. None of the pieces have arrived. I contacted in April, they said the problem is in their system. no part I contacted them and they said they had another system issue and my part wasn't shipped and then they said they sent it to the wrong address. Past April 25th to May 24th, finally I received the part, it does not match my model and not the part that will solve the problem. I emailed them on May 24th, they offered a replacement and asked for proof of purchase which was included in my email but I sent it again. I get no answer, I call today June 11th and they say that the warranty has expired after three years. After all their delays, it seems like they did everything in their power to turn off the watch so they didn't have to honor their warranty. Each time they said it would take 2 or 3 days for delivery. This is very disappointing and of course I cut a hole in the door to match the size of this door so my choices are limited. I do not recommend this. Poor quality, fragility and poor customer service
