A Negative Tech Experience for the Storyteller: ProCase

I use my laptop a lot because I'm a writer, so I need a trustworthy web retailer to buy high-quality tech accessories. ProCase, sadly, fell short of my hopes. Their website was perplexing and challenging to use, and the search feature was completely useless. It was upsetting to pass hours looking for the ideal item only to give up and continue the search elsewhere. After placing an order after finally finding what I required, I was dissatisfied with the product's quality. It wasn't as stated on the website and was made poorly. I encountered lengthy wait times and unhelpful staff when I attempted to call customer service for a refund. Additionally, their return policy was excessively strict and convoluted, which made it very difficult to get a refund. It was a time-consuming and frustrating process that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. In conclusion, ProCase is not something I can suggest to anyone searching for a trustworthy and hassle-free online tech store. I had a negative experience with them, so I would suggest that others seek elsewhere for high-quality tech accessories.

Pros
  • Good build
Cons
  • A convoluted procedure for returns.
