Well packaged and arrived complete. Picked up quickly and without problems. I used my own screen protector, Jetco tempered glass. You will receive a replacement frame without a protective film. I have big fingers. The volume up/down buttons work without problems. The Apple Pencil slot is perfect. Holds, charges and removes easily. The wrist strap is adjustable with Velcro. The rotating mechanism is smooth and stays in place. The straps that attach to the back of the case fit and work properly. I am very happy with this purchase decision.
