To begin, their website is a complete and utter disorganized chaos. It is difficult to traverse, and the majority of the time I was unable to locate the information that I required. When I finally did locate the components I required, I was disappointed to discover that the prices were not nearly as low as I had hoped they would be. However, the true deal-breaker was the quality of their customer service. It was extremely difficult for me to get a reaction to my inquiry regarding my order whenever I had a question about it. And when I did manage to speak with a human being, they were about as helpful as a cardboard box. To make matters even worse, when my order was eventually delivered, the components were mixed up and appeared as though they had been processed in a blender. This added insult to injury. It is unclear to me whether Topteng was at fault in this situation or whether the shipping business was at fault; however, whatever the case may be, it was a chaotic situation. In general, I would say that Topteng is not nearly as outstanding as its name suggests. I would advise you to seek elsewhere for your shopping needs if you are searching for a dependable and uncomplicated retail experience.
