Seams/creases cannot be ironed out

The visor looks pretty good and gives a better picture than stretch fabric visors. It's good. Creases/seams/creases are bad. I built a PVC pipe frame and stretched the screen in the sun for a week (moved in at night but still in the frame). The wrinkles remain. Sigh! I don't have to work that hard to make it work. Not bad in dark scenes, but they really take the edge off for bright scenes. With all of these relatively inexpensive projector/screen setups, compromises have to be made. I tried several projectors to find the one that reproduced the colors best, sacrificing other features I needed as color was my priority. The same with screens. I'm not sure the best picture is worth the creases in this picture. It really spoils the viewer's mood to be so visible. If this screen came rolled up instead of folded, that would probably be great. I think anyone who doesn't have wrinkle problems should be lucky with one that hasn't been over-tightly folded for too long.

Pros
  • Nice touch
Cons
  • Useless features
