It works very well ‼️ I read a lot of bad reviews and found them useful because mine stopped working after changing the battery. So I ordered another one because the first one worked so well. When I got a new one I read the instructions which said to hold the center button for 6 seconds to reset the receiver. Following these instructions worked for both my new receiver and my original receiver which I thought was fried. Needless to say, I think a lot of the bad reviewers didn't get the directions or, like me, didn't read and save! I have to say this is not a replacement for the UL Nurse Call System! This is a simple battery alarm! I wouldn't risk my life for this, although now that I've re-read the instructions it has proven to be pretty reliable for me!
