If you are looking for a really DURABLE loft dog bed, this is it. No plastic parts, it's made of metal and assembled with screws, so you can be sure it will last. Assembly was a lot easier than I thought I was able to put it together myself although the instructions say you may need two people. . I assembled it myself in about 20 minutes. While my dog is on it the fabric doesn't sag, he weighs about 50 pounds. Save yourself the frustration of a plastic raised bed and buy this one instead!
