It's very easy to use, has great tools for tracking projects, and it works well for our organization and its specific needs. While there are several other competitors out there, none of them compare in terms of ease of use or price. The only downside I have with this system is how outdated some of the features are. For example, it doesn't always automatically send you reminders about important tasks that need your attention. If you're looking into an electronic document management solution, consider GAIN RM as one option. We've been able to reduce paper use by more than half. We also have all of our files stored online which makes it easier to access them from any location. It's easy to use. It provides me with easy access to all my file types. It's a great way to manage and share documents. It's not as intuitive as some other desktop record management software out there. I think the interface can be a bit more user friendly. It's a great system that I highly recommend. I'm able to easily access my files and share them with others. It's also easy to store all of my documents in one place.
