If you're happy with the non-detachable handle, this mug is a great (and probably better) Yeti alternative. The huge capacity of this mug is perfect for whatever I have on it and it was the only one I currently use. Despite the size, the cup holders' tapered bottom fits most that I've tried. It still seems wide enough to feel like it's standing firmly on its own two feet. The lid is a huge plus for this mug as it closes very tightly and closes the drinking/straw/air holes and snaps securely into place when not drinking. The handle is very large and comfortable and also feels very solid. The straw itself is also a very nice addition. It is very durable and thanks to its width it is ideal for thicker drinks (in my experience this mug is too good to pour a whole milkshake in it). Since it's not metal, it's actually a lot easier to clean because you can see through it. Also, unlike other mugs I've drunk from, this stainless steel has no "flavor" and flavored drinks wash out easily. Everything was very easy to clean. Haven't tried putting anything in the dishwasher yet, but the large internal size makes it easy to slip my large hands in for cleaning.
