Consistently tasty results

I use this weekly to make yogurt from my goat milk. It works great! It retains the heat necessary for the fermentation of the milk for 8 hours and the resulting yoghurt has a very pleasant taste. I've used Salton's electric yogurt maker, which made individual cups and took up a lot of space, and I prefer this method: a one-liter jar surrounded by a double-walled stainless steel container that uses hot water instead of electricity. Simple and compact. Robust construction. Contains a glass jar, but will also accept any quart mason jar.
