Oh My God! Have I ever loved this barista warrior! I buy expensive coffee. I've read that beer comes out better (I use these stainless steel cone filters) when the water temperature is around 91°C. Is that so. You will get an excellent drink if the water temperature is not too high. By the way, if my water accidentally exceeds the 96° limit because I was distracted by something in the kitchen, the water temperature in this little kettle will drop quickly if you just set it aside. I like being able to read the water temperature from the pressure gauge on the lid rather than having a separate thermometer I use to measure the frothed milk for a latte or cappuccino. Still too short. This little teapot doesn't weigh much. It's by no means cheap, but it's also not overly heavy like our other stainless steel kettles. I love my Barista Warrior. Now I have to decide: Do I pack my Barista Warrior when we go to our cabin in the mountains once a month for a week in the summer months, or do I buy an extra one for the cabin? (As I have done with my Cutco knives) Some things are essential at home AND on the go! Good knives and good coffee! Do you disagree?
