I'll start with the good first. These water shoes look great! My 3 year old peed with excitement to try them on! My 2 year old daughter cried because these shoes weren't hers. I also kind of wish they were mine. The bad news is I couldn't turn his poor size 9 into size 10 water shoes to save my life. I was thinking of oiling his leg or tying them, they look SO cool! I came to my senses and stopped, not making the Crisco and Split at all. To my daughter's delight, her chubby little 7.5 foot foot went in pretty easily. The joy was short-lived, as expected, they were 2 cm taller. I can't comment on the strength, durability or comfort as I've never gotten around to putting them on my intended child's foot. But I have to conclude that if looks are more important than comfort, these shoes are 2.5 sizes larger. However, they will look like clown shoes, so it can be practical: the look is thrown up.
