So I wanted to love this because I need it. Maybe a destructive person shouldn't have a nice watch, but I like it and it was a gift. But I knock them on things. I already have a screen protector, but I'm worried that it won't hit objects when I'm working and damage the frame. The cover definitely helps against bumps and bruises. I also do cross country running and hiking and it will come in handy there. It has some serious flaws and I'm not usually the type to complain. And I will keep it because some places that need extra protection will benefit from it despite the problems. The visibility is missing. It's actually a textured foil inside with little tiny dots all around. I think this improves touch sensitivity, but it completely ruins the look of the frame and screen. My rescue bag on my phone is scratched so all my photos are horrible and have a muggy glow but in the pics the glow went away and the camera was clearer. You can see small dots. The photographs do not convey the inability to read small text. It's really hard live but the further you go the better it is to see and I think that's because the eyes are less aware of the dots on the film. I was hoping for real transparency and no cloudiness. A picture looks good in the reviews, but in hindsight the case was never on the watch. A watch looks like a vivoactive which looks crisp although they don't have an amoled screen and I'm surprised because I think this case will make it darker. . With flash, it almost darkens the amoled screen. In doing so, I'll either deal with turning it on and off for specific actions, or just leave it because I'm a disaster and will ruin this Venu beauty without a thing. The case fits the watch well. Defender does the job, but don't think there's real transparency. Again, I think it's inevitable because it's thick, and I think the dotted film helps distribute heat and pressure to the sensors, and the sensors are pretty darn responsive to diaphragm thickness. I believe, I simply expected something different, but I also see that something else that I am presenting is not possible in terms of design. It would be nice if the film only covered the canvas because it also dulls the metal frame. but it wraps up more than I expected and I saw it rub. I am sensitive and may discontinue use if rashes/abrasions occur. Hope that helps. Again, if you're going camping or something serious I'd have something like that, at least for special occasions. Additional note: worn for several hours. The side buttonholes seep into the body holes and are difficult to press. 1/8/21 Worn for a few days. I wish they had buttons covered in some kind of customization. This achieves two things: Pressing the buttons is made easier and the ingress of water and dirt into the interior is prevented. Water from even thorough hand washing and the occasional dirt enters through the side vents and I understand the watch is water resistant but the metal is not designed to be constantly wet. This will not dry out unless removed. Dirt, if it's abrasive and hits the screen, can scratch things anyway, making this case a little pointless.
