Out of box product is ok and seems to work I doubt the product description of the 13 cfm straight grinder, it works no better or stronger than a 4 or 5 cfm straight grinder I think you made a mistake translating the description

- Second handle with injected ergonomics absorbs vibration and reduces hand fatigue.
Cons
- Very expensive
