That's all I use in the shower. They help exfoliate the whole body. The big part is my shoulder is faulty and I no longer have the flexibility to be my back. I throw it over my shoulder and grab the other end around my waist. It's best to throw it in the washing machine after you shower and get a new one for the next shower. This is a hygiene item. Dead skin gets into the washcloth and becomes uncomfortable. You can't throw a washcloth or back brush in the washing machine.
