Sent me used pre owned product

This is my second time buying this product the first time came in a nice amazon box we protected and it was brand new. the second time around I got this taped up box ripped like it been tossed around. I opens up the box and everything is not it’s original packaging. So they basically sold me a used product for the original price and I am very upset I will be reaching out to Cassidy company because this is unacceptable. I’m a repeated customer at that. Such a shame you spend money to get a new product and you get a hand me down used one. Very upset
