Its easy to use and offers a lot of flexibility.
One thing i like about ddi is that its intuitive to use. It has many features and is flexible enough to fit any business' needs. The interface is clean and it takes minimal time to get familiar with it. In addition, the support team was great when i had any issue and responded within a reasonable amount of time.Overall, it has been a great experience with DDI so far. Its very fast which makes your life easier because you dont have to wait around before doing anything or go through lots of pages. They offer multiple languages aswell, so if your looking at getting an international client base this will help you alot!
Pros
- It offers a nice, rich feature set with high quality and easy-to-use interfaces.
- You can easily upgrade to their higher plans.
- Its an easy platform to integrate with other systems
Cons
- Some might find this limiting, especially if they are new to analytics.
- It does not come with an API yet, so integration is still difficult.
- Limited number of developers on staff (though that may be changing).
