Connected to the computer for the third time. It did not work. The computer didn't even know he was there. I've tried multiple USB ports and multiple devices. I thought 2 sizes of USB and USBC would be handy but it's not worth it. I would send it back but I'm worried that somehow they will get my files and steal my information/ID if I send it back. Next time I'll buy a proven brand!
