Significantly improved resolution, it's worth buying a quality nozzle!
There are tradeoffs in using a smaller nozzle, but the increase in resolution is quite stunning and well worth it for detail oriented printing. You have a higher risk of nozzle clogging, which cannot be avoided. . They also have much slower print times for the same volume. Eventually, your prints won't be as strong structurally. *Tip: You will need to adjust a few settings when switching between this and the default 0.4mm nozzle, mainly temperature, throughput percentage / extruder steps and likely nozzle offset. This can be automated on most slicers, so all you have to do is change print profiles and nozzles and you're ready to print again.
