Update November 22, 2020: The first massage gun bought in less than 11 months is very noisy and it rattles something inside like a screw. We've hardly used it in the last 3 months, maybe 5 times. Today we saw a flash, maybe a spark inside, so we won't use it anymore. The company replied to our email a few months ago regarding a more recent one (see last update) and asked for a video showing the issue. We wanted to shoot it, but again it worked fine. Hm. A bit unreliable in terms of durability. Update 9/9/2020: The first one we bought in January 2020 still works great. Ordered a second one on April 30, 2020 - it looks a little different than it has been updated. The second started making loud noises, randomly turned off and has a burning smell. That's only 4 months later. This item cannot be returned through the Revain service, so I will be contacting the manufacturer to see how they handle this. I'll let you know as soon as they reply. First Review: We've been interested in buying a massage gun for a while, but it was overpriced. When we saw this car at such a great price and with so many good reviews, we went for it. The first thing that struck us is how QUIET this car is! VERY happy about it! As a family of athletes, we have already used it several times since we received it a few days ago. Everyone is amazed at how comfortable it is to massage with this, but more importantly, the fitness enthusiasts among us were amazed at how much it relaxed our muscles - they felt great! Two things: 1. We have read that using this machine on the throat/neck area can be dangerous! So this is good to avoid. 2. We found that the charging plug shows 100-240V so we can take it with us when we travel outside the US. Hooray! It has only been a few days but we are very happy with this purchase. Let's see how it holds up and update this review if there are any issues. April 2020 update: We've had it for 4 months now and everyone loves it! There's rarely a day that someone doesn't use it. The battery life is really great! One person will use it for half an hour, then another person and another. We can use this 2-3 hours at a time and still have plenty of time left. And most here use it at higher settings (it's 20 levels and many use higher speeds like 10-14). about the same price (or a few dollars MORE). She pulled it out and it was a completely different make/model. It didn't have an LCD screen, only had 6 or 8 power/intensity levels (and their level 6 was about the same as my level 1) and the battery drained in 25-30 minutes max. This experience made me REALLY appreciate the device we bought! I'm sure it will be a gift for others. PS - I just saw that it's now $76, about $23 cheaper than when I bought it. I'm about to buy another one!
