USB-C port performance not up to date [UPDATE: Stops working after 2 weeks]

UPDATE: Dead; it doesn't work anymore. The blue light goes out and the USB-C port doesn't work. Strangely, other USB ports work. --------------- The USB-C port puts out 30W, but that's not consistent. It can charge my laptop via USB-C, but when I have other devices plugged into the charger's USB-A ports, the charger won't charge my laptop. This has happened a few times but mostly my laptop is charging while other devices like my phones are plugged into the charger.
