A very useful utensil in the kitchen!
This kitchen tool works well. I have a meat grinder but I wanted this one because it can strain liquids. I used it today while frying breakfast sausages, onions and fresh green chili. He cut the sausage with ease and once that was done I was able to get my food out and strain the fat! This is another handy tool for the chef. I've ordered enough to give my family members a Christmas!
