I bought this anklet because it was described by the seller as "SIZE: anklet length is 9" + 2" / 22.5 + 5 cm" which is 11 inches in total . I have chunky ankles so this seemed perfect. Received the anklet quickly (whoops! great!) but was disappointed when I tried it on and found it was too tight. I was confused: I measured my ankle before ordering and it was definitely 10 and a quarter inches so it should have fit with space. What gives? He tore out an inch of tape and a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper. It turns out that with the extender built in, the anklet measures only 10 inches, which is a full inch shorter than advertised. Too bad. The chain is also tangled in a link but I think I might be able to fix it myself. All in all, this is a very nice anklet, but definitely not as big as some of us with chunky ankles might need. I ordered an extension but just wanted to post it for others.
