Good design. Good fit and finish.

Excellent modern design and look. I had a little problem installing it in my concrete slab instead of the old round box but I managed. The two small screws holding the latch needed to be ground shorter, but other than that small adjustment it worked out fine. I like the spring mechanism. All you have to do is slide the latch with your foot to open it.
