The cable sent is not the one in the photo on the site. The ones they sent me doesn't make any sense. The end of the device is square on one side as a polarized cable should be, but the plug has non-polarized pins so it can be plugged in two ways and polarized pins MUST NOT! The end of the device will NOT work in a polarized outlet. . There is a piece of rubber in the groove that prevents it from getting in. This is actually a good thing because the pins are NOT of different widths like polarized cables do! Bottom line, it looks like they made a fake cable because polarized cables are more expensive, so they added a square side. for no reason other than they LOOK polarized and aren't.
