Cutters, of course, need to be purchased separately (the ones in the kit are only good for understanding what types of cutters are and what they are for). The handle is made of aluminum, strong and reliable. Different pros: Great tool. Comfortable in using. Clearly and quickly the cutter is fixed in the handle. The handle and instrument look solid. Cons: The cutters included in the kit are rotated. Upon delivery, the lid of the container for standard cutters broke, the cutters were scattered all over the box.
