I bought a second CCTV system for my home. (The first system was POE, I'm sick of the addressing issues) This second system uses coax/power (Siamese) for a true CCTV system. This second system uses multiple 4K cameras and 120 feet of cable. It was enough to simply install the cameras and connect the cable directly to the cameras, but who needs a dozen plugs into sockets or multistrip? Or is there food near each camera? That's why I bought InstallerCCTV 18 Output 29 Amp 12 V DC Distribution Power Supply for CCTV. This made this setup easy and neat. I installed the power supply next to the DVR. All coax cables go to the DVR. Then, instead of cutting and stripping the power end of the siamese cable, I simply connected these pigtails to the cable and connected the pigtails to the power supply. It gave me a professional looking setup. Every cable I've used has worked great. (I only used about half the cables and plugged the other half into the power supply. And I only used the half needed for the DVR-side Siamese cable conversion.) The timing and looks of these cables made them good . is it worth the money to me
