Ideal for small low beam monitors
I had to buy an extra larger monitor to use with my small laptop monitor because I was tired of squinting. Minimal space requirement with existing closets upstairs. The mount allows you to position the monitor close to a wall while also securing it to wall studs for security. A very flexible way to place a real monitor with the swivel mount. Be careful when connecting the signal to your computer. Not all laptops have a serial port anymore, or enough HDMI ports to connect everything. Luckily I had a serial to HDMI converter. (one star deducted)
