Untenable. There is no certainty.
I used this to hang my guitar on the wall. When I turned the screw all the way in, I noticed that it was still wobbling. So I unscrewed it, removed the tool, put the screw back in and was able to pull it out with little effort. Do not buy this product if you don't like the risk.
