This is my first entry into the world of Windows tablets. When moving to Android, I was concerned that it would be difficult to set up, but for me it was a smooth transition. If you've been using a Windows PC, then using a Windows tablet is really like using a smaller version of the same computer. The operating system is the same, but the functionality is super integrated. I won't go into OS details, but this tablet came with a licensed and verified copy, so it's a good place to start. Lightweight and Portable: What really impressed me about this model is how lightweight it is for its size. I have used and owned other 10 inch tablets and this is by far the lightest of them all. I don't get tired at all after holding the tablet for long periods of time, and even reading with it upside down is not uncomfortable at all. Flexibility: Because the tablet has Bluetooth and a full-size USB port, I can always use a regular mouse and keyboard. It's obviously a tablet and the touchscreen also allows me to use it independently anytime, anywhere. Nice: The screen shows strong colors with a really good viewing angle. I don't have to be right in front of it to watch a movie (so I can share it) and as I said, it's very light so it's easy to hold between two people. The sound of the two speakers is surprisingly clear and loud enough. I've played movies and listened to music without feeling the need to connect it to an external speaker... Although it would be easy enough with Bluetooth. The computer automatically appeared on the screen. Obviously this is possible on other platforms, but here it was automatic as I didn't need to install an app or plugin to make this possible. mouse (which I already had). Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get the latest, fastest, and greatest device, but I don't have a money tree either, so that was a great compromise. So far I'm getting everything I wanted and I haven't really noticed any lag or hiccups. Upgradable: There are six ports on the side of the tablet: 1) Headphone jack 2) Micro USB 3) Mini HDMI 4) USB 3.0 (A) 5) Power (Mini Barrel) 6) MicroSD card slot with USB 3.0 & HDMI Ports I can run additional displays, add storage and other peripherals, and even connect to a wired Ethernet network if needed. While not a gaming setup, it's an exceptional choice that makes it easy to go mobile on the fly when you need to get things done and don't want to port things back and forth to Android or iOS. .
