Pros

Otherwise, the OS is just a gasket between hardware and software. Nothing more to say about the virtues

Cons

- Annoying notifications that can be disabled - Mandatory ates (although they were never a surprise, as many users complained; Windows allows you to choose a convenient ate time) - Moronic partner program Microsoft. Microsoft does not guarantee that the key you purchased will be licensed, even if the store is officially on the list of Microsoft partners. And if you didn’t know that keys without a flash drive are not sold to individuals, then these are your problems. So at your own peril and risk, although many say that there were no special problems.
