My dear! for women
This is my second pair because I got so many compliments on my first. I run, boot camp with them and do Orangetheory. They hold their shape well and are very comfortable. I usually put an insole in my shoes for extra cushioning and arch support, but I've never felt the need for it. They have neutral support, so if you penetrate a lot I wouldn't recommend it. The toe box is roomy and soft so if you have toe issues this is great.
