After ordering three different tapes, this is so far the best. With some care the tape will apply smoothly. The other brands curled up on themselves no matter how careful we were. It is durable. Even with showers and extended time in the water this tape stays put for up to a week. Thankfully the adhesive is mild enough that it has not been a problem to leave it on for up to a week (4-5 days typical). The other two brands did not stay put. In fact one of them I removed the next day because of a first time ever bad reaction to the adhesive. This is the kind of product I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it. With proper application, i find it can provide some relief to different musculoskeletal injuries.
