I'm sorry to report that Rosena's online store did not leave an impression on me. Even though they have a vast selection of cosmetics and other items for personal care, the standard of their goods does not live up to the exceptional reputation they have built for themselves. Their products may be available in a wide range of aromas and formulations, but they do not have the opulent quality that one would find at a genuine spa. In addition, the quality of both their bathing options and their accessories is not up to the standard you would anticipate from a high-end brand. The poor quality of their customer support is just the icing on the cake. When I had a problem with one of their products, I contacted their support staff, but it took an interminable amount of time for me to receive a response. And when I did eventually get in touch with them, they were unhelpful and condescending. In general, I would not suggest Rosena to anyone who is seeking to recreate the relaxing atmosphere of a spa in their own home. There are other choices available that are significantly better and provide customers with better products and service of a higher quality. You should save your money and visit a different location.
