Review on 🧹 Dorman 42576 HELP! Wiper Arm: Enhanced Functionality for Effortless Windshield Cleaning by Tyler Parker

I have noticed several times that these wiper arms have a sliding mechanism which locks it in place, the mechanism loosens and causes the arm to rise slightly. In this case, the wiper blade does not have enough pressure and does not wipe the windshield well. My 89 IROC has two atomizers but this one only has one. The two fenders also have a smaller diameter hose. When I changed the atomizer, I noticed that the lever on which the spring is attached and the hose goes through has a sharp edge. I'm sure it wears out in the hose over time and it's very difficult to get the hose through the spring. Also, on those vehicles that this lever fits, there are stops on the underside of the windshield. When the wipers are parked, the very end of the lever that the brush is attached to should rest on these stops. The stops lift the hand slightly and relieve the blade. The hand does not reach the stop. Compared to the original lever, this lever is approximately 3/4" shorter.
