Hello, this is Glamorous Gem, have a nice day everyone. Anyway, I never thought that I would buy such a pillow for neck and shoulder pain. I've tried memory foam pillows and gel pillows before but have never had a unique shape like this because I figured it would do more harm than good. I sleep on my side, which is why I hate lying flat the most. By the way, I have to fold two pillows for comfort and height. Also, the pressure on my shoulders can be quite strong when I'm lying on my side. I thought this might help with that. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it is said to help relieve neck, back, shoulder and headache pain. Unlike traditional pillows, this one has a greater height, promoting muscle relaxation and a good night's sleep. It is made of high density memory foam. Which I like because it rebounds easier than gel and is less likely to go flat than regular pillows. Also, it's certified clean, so most likely not made from harmful materials👍🏼 It's about the same size as my other memory foam pillow, just a little smaller due to the design. Another thing I like is the cooling features. It's not memory foam itself, it just has airflow and ventilation. But with these properties, the pillowcase really shines. I've been using it for a while now and every time I touch it it's still cool. Even when I sleep on it at night, it keeps the temperature well and I don't have to turn the pillow over. Along with the structured design and soft feel, it offers a fairly comfortable fit. I fell asleep under it pretty quickly. I would say my sleep has improved. I wake up with less neck pain than my usual other pillow and it tends to keep my body in the right position throughout the night. It is also comfortable on the shoulder when lying down. I feel like this is really related to my problem areas on my end. So I definitely feel more refreshed waking up now. The only thing I had to get used to was the first few days, it smelled a bit strong. But it settled down slightly after some airing and right out of the box, you need to let it rest for a bit. Thus, it will have optimal rigidity. Otherwise I had no problems with it. It definitely helps, despite all the others I've tried. And it's available too, although it's a bit pricey for ONE PILLOW.
