I don't usually review these products but thought I'd save you some money as you'd be better off getting similar products that work better than this one. Anker usually means quality, but for some reason they overlooked the fact that it's very difficult to plug in devices since the USB ports are so close to the edges, and particularly difficult to take them out since you're pulling out the entire charger and then that Need to pull out cable USB because it's so narrow. Also, for some reason, the bottom USB port is upside down. I thought these issues might be a downside to what I got, but I returned it and got another one that had the same issues. I am very disappointed as I expected more from Anker. UPDATE: 5/1/2021 Anker sent a replacement with another model that performs much better than this one. Their customer service is still light years ahead of others and that's why I'm increasing my rating from 2 to 4 stars. I can't give 5 stars because the original product is still not worth buying. But I recommend their elite version of this charger. I do not give 5 stars because the original product is not worth buying anyway. But I recommend their elite version of this charger.
