Lots of good stuff but weird enough to be downright annoying. Make sure you understand you are buying the standard set of 4 capsules. The description is a little confusing as it says 4/6, it's very easy to think you're getting 6 pods. Standard vs trainer kit, only variant was standard when I placed my order. add confusion. The pods stack on top of each other to charge, and it only takes about an hour to reach 100%. Connecting via Bluetooth is very easy after downloading the app. There are many programs for you to choose from. Regardless of sport or skill level, I believe every athlete can benefit from these reaction capsules. Customization of most programs is a nice touch. The instant feedback is probably my favorite feature as my kids can constantly challenge themselves to get better after each round. The application offers a large catalog of programs for every type of athlete, but at the same time it can overwhelm the user. The case is a nice addition. I wish the accessories were included, like the cone and suction cup. Always about upselling. There are few downsides, but they are very pronounced. Bluetooth often turned off with modules. At first I thought it happened when I received a text or an alert from my security system, but after disabling both alerts the modules were still disabling at random times. Battery life is nowhere near the advertised 8 hours. We experienced the summit for an hour and a half. It is good that the charging process is relatively short (about an hour). Another feature that drove us all crazy was the sensitivity of the pods. You are too contradictory. I could put my hand on the entire surface or touch the module quickly and it wouldn't snap. It happened too often that in some cases/evaluations were wrong. Couple these three downsides with the price and I just couldn't justify buying it. At $300, this is worth most of the fitness community. Keep an eye on them all year round, they have special offers and some sets. It is possible that I received a defective set. In the end I returned it. I was disappointed, we really wanted to keep them but they just weren't up to par.
