Works great in my 1992 Ford Explorer.
I bought a long black suspension because I didn't know my car had a premium audio system. wrong wiring harness, i needed this black 16 pin adapter. I didn't need the other 2 adapters. When I received them, I was pleasantly surprised that the wires are pre-stripped, just like my "proprietary" wires, making it easy to connect! shrink and rewire my harness and now it works great!
