Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The cord is a regular length, but I used an extension cord to reach my work area. In fact, I was very pleased with the way he healed. The timers are accurate and the small instruction manual is clear. I **LOVE** the fact that it feels like you put your hand in and out. It is very light and, as I said, fixed three different gels well. The lower part is detachable for the legs, it is very light but still looks well made. All lights were working upon arrival. My ONLY wish would be an on/off switch to make sure it's actually off. I'm only saying this because a) I'm a dork, b) I have overly curious cats, and c) kids. Yes, you can easily disable it, but having it in a specific/permanent location can make it inconvenient. But like I said, just a wish. I am pleasantly surprised by the value for money.
