My physical therapist suggested I try a vibrating foam roller to help relax my muscles. I decided I'd give it a try based on the reviews and photos, plus it wasn't very expensive (cheaper than a massage). Absolutely worth every penny. I'm a doctor and I'm literally on my feet all day, which leads me to the typical leg and back pain that most middle-aged people complain of. I needed something to relieve muscle tension at the end of the night. After using this foam roller for just a few nights I could already feel my muscles relaxing and I had less aches and pains in my legs and lower back. First I used the roller on the 1st setting, it felt weird at first to be honest. But now that I've gotten used to it, I've found that the 2nd and 3rd settings go deeper and I feel really good about releasing the tension in my muscles. Definitely makes a difference in my daily life. I also work out a few times a week and as I get older I have to spend more and more time warming up and relaxing my muscles. This is now my favorite tool to use before and after my workout. The battery life of this thing is also very good. I fully charged the roller when I first received it. It's been about 2.5 weeks of daily use and I still haven't had to charge it! Still going strong. Nobody wants to remember anything else about charging when you already have a million things to do. It's really great that the battery lasts so long, very impressed! Even my wife started using it before and after her run after seeing how well it worked for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this styrofoam roller and plan to order a few more for family and friends as birthday and Christmas gifts. Thumbs up, Revane.
