In theory I like the design. The leather-like material is attached to the elastic in small pieces so that the elastic is not visible even when stretched. However, these (as I call them) scales are all oriented in the same direction. This means that they are directed backwards on the one hand and forwards on the other. Sometimes this is a problem with moving your arms because it can pull or bend them in an odd direction. Also, be careful how you store it as the "scale" can bend.
