Ineffective, I'll stick with the orange handles

They're flimsy and hard for the pig's hooves to bite straight out of the box. I'm sure they work well on the small patches that sheep/goats get but for overgrown hooves and hog hooves I'll get rid of them, they were a problem and bent/tangled when trimmed and didn't cut through anything but the thinnest Place

Good for gardening - pruning perennials, pruning roots and small roots and branches

I bought these trimmers after reading all the reviews and I'm glad I did. Reviews said it wasn't good for hoof trimming, but other reviewers said it was good for gardening. I do gardening for myself and as a small business. These trimmers have done 4 different jobs and are just right for the following tasks - trimming overwintered perennials to the ground, light trimming of thin shrubs, trimming some roots, they do their job very well.
