I bought this trimmer belt after buying an overpriced bandage recommended by my plastic surgeon. They charged $125 for a very simple, cheap bandage that they put on me immediately after my tummy tuck. It was covered in blood and antiseptic solution, but I had to wear this item every day for 3 weeks. I do not think so! So I went to Amazon looking for something to replace it with and that's when I came across this waist trimmer. I've been wearing it since I ripped open the packaging and it's like the difference between day and night! It shrinks in all the right places. My stomach is supported and my back doesn't hurt. I can cough/laugh and don't feel like I'm dying. I see myself using this for at least the next 6 weeks! I even plan on wearing it for extra support until my muscles heal. I am very happy with this purchase.
