The little guy can heat your whole bedroom and it's convenient, the physical buttons work well and I'm happy with the device. However, the remote control sent to me is defective and does not work. I contacted customer service and they said they would send me a replacement based on availability which could take 20-30 days. I will update this post if the new one fails. This is an important feature for me, so I was disappointed that it turned out like this. This drops the product from 5 to 3 stars. When a replacement comes I will update. Update 12/10/19: As promised the seller has sent a replacement remote which works exactly as advertised. I am updating my rating to five stars as this is a great product.
