Big leak after install
I like the look and easy install but I have a similar problem as another reviewer. The water flows out of the top mechanism, not out of the hex nut with the rubber washer. I unscrewed the round sleeve under the hex nut and saw a plastic ball connector that connects to a rubber o-ring inside the plastic receptacle. There is a removable plastic ring around the bullet connector, but the connector looks manufactured, not broken. Even after tight assembly, water will still flow out of the upper assembly. I need help. I will probably give this product 5 stars if I can fix it.
