Update: After several messages with the company my problem is still not solved. Since my shower screen is not COMPLETELY level, there is nothing you can do about it. I could screw it in, but they don't have a screw. They have no additional adhesive disks. I have never received a suction device with my shower. This was not suggested. The list goes on. Updated 3/5/2021 The company sent me a replacement. I have inspected the item and it appears to be the same as the first one. But I dared and installed it. I managed to keep it from leaking, the quality of the plug is still poor compared to others I've used. I feel like if I had to take it off and put it back on it would start leaking again. I just installed this device which was very easy. The rod mount can be attached to the wall with a suction cup or glued to the wall on both sides. I needed a brushed nickel adjustable shower head for my 7 year old. My daughter's shower so I chose this unit for the price and features. The device can be installed and operated quite intuitively.
