Update: After several messages with the company my problem is still not solved. Since my shower screen is not COMPLETELY level, there is nothing you can do about it. I could screw it in, but they don't have a screw. They have no additional adhesive disks. I have never received a suction device with my shower. This was not suggested. The list goes on. Bottom line: make sure your wall is completely flat! After all that, I'm still giving it one star. I really liked the design. I liked the chest level diverter. The diverter is easy to use. Ease of installation. Here it is: The sticky pad didn't last more than a couple of weeks. No suction nozzle is included. The hand shower does not "fit" well in the guide and regularly falls out. I would give it five if it works properly. It's no time to go back, or I would!
