Review on Egretshower Drill Free Stainless Shower System by Juan Castillo

Accessible for people with disabilities or the elderly

I never understood why the shower controls were next to the shower head. I doubt many people care, but I'm not tall and changing the direction of the beam from head to stick requires significant effort on my part. Now imagine that this shower is being used by an elderly person. How could they do that? The answer to most shower systems is that they set it up for one and not use the other. What a waste. This product solves the problem. They found a switch at the bottom of the shower rail. My elderly family member can turn off the safety shower chair. The rail on the shower rail can also be adjusted in height. Hold it up for independent tall people. Slide it lower for children, the elderly and small people. Hooray! So after installing, we encountered an issue due to which water stopped seeping into the shower head from the shower head. We had to do it twice to get it right. The instructions say not to over-tighten the nut at the top of the shower head, but we had to try a little harder to stop the leak. Then, much to my husband's dismay, we took it apart again to remove the water restrictor. Doesn't matter. The water flow was just not enough when it was installed and the shower head and hose were on. Tip: If you are using glue to attach the bottom of the pole, do not remove the protective film until you are absolutely sure. There are no leaks and you are happy with the water pressure.
